Lease Contract Form - Terms and Conditions Both parties agreed that the prices and determined periods of this contract shall be valid for all client transactions including the rented cars according to the appendixes of this contract that are signed by the client or his legal representative. The client shall be committed that the user of the rented car should be more than 21 years old. The client has to present the requested documents to be able to enter this contract. The client will be required to pay the full amount according to this contract in advance. The client will need to provide the following documents: ○ A copy of Valid Civil ID ○ A copy of Valid driving license ○ A copy of Valid Credit Card The client may be asked to provide extra documentations upon request. Regarding the annual and company contracts, the client shall pay the rental fees according to the monthly invoices issued by Budget. The full amount of the invoice should be paid within 30 days of receiving. The client is responsible to pay the traffic fines within the rental period. If the client does not pay the fines, Budget will be authorized to transfer the fines to the civil ID of the client. There will be an administrative fee of 5KD for every traffic violation. The insurance co. will not cover the followings: Rims, Tires, Sunroof, Rear windscreen glass, Side mirror glass, window glass, Scratches. The insurance does not cover natural disasters, riots, wars and misusage. The client needs to comply with the periodic maintenance. Client will pay compensation for damage due not to performing the maintenance. There will be a fine estimated at 35KD for Engine Flush. The client should return the car cleaned from inside. If there are any damages Inside of the car, client will pay a fine estimated at 25 KD. In case the client loses the registration card, he should produce a ‘certificate of loss’ and will pay a fine, estimated at 25KD. If the client is unable to produce the ‘certificate of loss’ the fine will be doubled. In case of losing the plate number, the client will pay a fine estimated at and police report. 30KD In case the car is stolen and the insurance company refuses to cover the claim, the client shall be held fully responsible and will need to pay the car's value to Budget Company. In case of an accident, the client should provide the followings: -The police report of the accident and the required documents within a maximum of 7 days from the date of the accident. The client shall bear 30% of the damage value, if the accident was made by an unknown party. In addition there will be a 25KD administrative charge. The client will bear the full value of repairs if the required documents are not provided. The company will authorize either Budget garage or another authorized one to carry out the repairs. In case of an expired contract, the car must be returned to Budget in the same condition that it was originally rented to the client. In case the client would like to terminate the lease long term contract before its end, there will be a penalty to the value of 3 months rental fees. Budget company has the right to terminate the contract and ask the client to return the rental car if the client breaches any conditions of the rental contract. This contract is a legal document in line with the laws in the State of Kuwait. Any disputes will be settled in Kuwaiti Courts.
